| Class Instructors:

We have need of experienced professionals in the housing industry to include Realtors, Loan Officers, and Settlement Attorneys. Our Volunteer Instructors must have at least two years of experience in their field and be willing to attend an instructor orientation session, teach up to 4 classes per year, and sign a non-solicitation policy.

| Board Members: | HCI would also welcome experienced professionals who would be willing to serve on the Board of Directors. Applicants must be in a housing-related field. Directors are not compensated and must attend monthly Board Meetings and be dedicated to the mission of Housing & Community Initiatives, Inc. |
