Pre-purchase Seminars – for first-time home-buyers

HCI is an approved provider of first-time home-buyer education to satisfy the requirements for the following programs:

Montgomery County Moderately-priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) program.
Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) Mortgage Purchase Program which provides home financing for qualified households through Participating Lenders.
Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) Revolving Closing Cost Assistance Loan.
Rockville City’s R.E.A.C.H. Closing Cost and Downpayment Assistance Loan.
