This schedule shows the schedule for first-time home-buyer (FTHB) seminars for the moderately-priced dwelling unit program for new buyers.  This is a free seminar. HCI recommends first time buyers take the FTHB class first, and then the MPDU orientation, if the home buyer intends to apply for the MPDU program.

Important: Home buyers who want to participate in the MPDU program must take both the first-time home-buyer (FTHB) seminar and MPDU orientation seminar. Home buyers who do not plan to participate in the MPDU program only need to take the first-time home-buyer (FTHB) seminar.

Registration for the FTHB seminar will close:
When the number of registrants reach the zoom capacity limit. People who are not registered will not be allowed to attend.

Only one member of the household need to take the FTHB seminar, but HCI encourages as many members of the household to attend as possible.

All seminars are held electronically via zoom.
