This class is required for Montgomery County MPDU purchases, HOC first mortgage programs and closing costs assistance loans. Also the City of Rockville’s REACH program. Please verify with your loan officer if the class will satisfy the education requirements for other programs.
Attendees must be on time for class in order to get credit for it. If you arrive late, you will not be given the information needed for the next step.
