This three hour (3) First Time Homebuyer class is required for all Montgomery County MPDU and Work Force purchase programs, HOC First Time Homebuyer mortgage and closing costs assistance loans, City of Rockville’s REACH program, and the Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP/CDA). Please verify with your loan officer if this First Time Homebuyer class will satisfy the education requirements of other programs.

Please note that all classes held on a Saturday will be in the Hearing Room on the Third Floor at:100 Maryland Ave in Rockville.
